The first time I encountered the word misogynistic was in an exam at university. The question was, "Do you think this poem is misogynistic?" I panicked at first not knowing what the word meant. Then when I read the poem it seemed fairly sexist so I went with that. I rushed to a dictionary straight after to check.

I'd say "yes" is the correct answer for the examiner (without reading the poem)

Except that I had to write a short essay as to why. I don't think a mere "yes" would have sufficed.
I believe the poem was misogynistic. In the line "roses are red, women are no good, get back in the kitchen, I want my food" is a shining example of misogynist behaviour as well as not really being well written.

I see The Voice as divisive and pointless

“Anthony Albanese has accused Peter Dutton of engaging in “cheap culture war stunts” over the Indigenous voice to parliament…..Dutton on Sunday demanded – in a letter to the prime minister also released to the media – more detail on the proposed body which will be voted on at a referendum by the end of 2023.”

So Peter Dutton calls for more details on the Voice and Albanese accuses him of starting culture wars.

Last time I looked it was Albanese pushing the Voice not Dutton.

So typical of the left to accuse others of what they do themselves.

an automatic license is as good as a manual license
I got my motorbike license on a scooter (it’s a long story it was for work).
I can ride bikes but others who got their license were now legally allowed to ride motorbikes in spite of having absolutely no idea how to do so.

Literally is.

A full licence covers everything. Auto and manual distinction only applies to P plates.

I recall days of yore when those who didn’t secure a manual licence were laughed at and not considered “real men”.

It was a rite of passage. Much like getting hammered weekly.

There is no more music legends after the 80s/90s.

Everything after 00s will not be remembered once they retire. Today's music is just crap.

Only have to put the radio on to realise most songs played are from the 80s/90s.
Maybe if you only listen to goldfm or smooth (which I absolutely do)

I think this is just a result of short attention spans + overwhelming saturation of new music, rather than the quality of the music itself (though I do agree that 99% of music made today is sucky)
Hard to imagine Ed Sheeran still relevant and touring in his 70's like Elton John, for example.
