They had a few in a row a while back
But what is your definition of a lot and what is a lot for other clubs over a season?

They might get them in the middle of winter because the SAFL knows they will get a full house unlike the Vic clubs.

How much is a lot?

This much

Crows: 5 friday night
1 thurs night
plus
6 sat night

Port ; 1 Fri night
2 Thurs night
plus
3 Sat night
What's your point? We asked for Twilight time slots so we ended up as them as home games with 1 Thursday night + 1 Friday night + 2 Saturday night + 3 Saturday twilight + 2 Sunday twilight home games = 9 home games + we have just been scheduled Rd 23 for Saturday night = 10 of 11 home games as night games or twilight games which we asked for. Away night games are harder to get, they are luck of the draw. Away games we got 1 Thursday night and 1 Saturday night and as we put our hand up for twilight home games we got 3 Saturday and 2 Sunday away games. Be careful what you ask for they say.

Swans missed out on Friday night games because of TV between July 1997 and September 2011 only got 2 home Friday night game, 1 was ANZAC night after Collingwood v Essendon. They also didn't play any away Friday night games in those years. The 2012-16 TV deal changed that. Are you going to have a whinge they are drawn to play 3 home and 5 away Friday night games and 1 home and 1 away Thursday night game in 2017.

According to the Crows board we will lose the next three in a row and even if they lose this week they are still a better team.

I popped my head in to their 'banter' thread and saw that. Quickly and quietly reversed out of there like Homer into the hedge.

They don't do banter very well.

I absolutely hate, loathe twilight games personally (I still attend begrudgingly to support my team) No comparison to the atmosphere of night games at Adelaide Oval plus friday night games in particular get great buildup being standalone. I would love Port to have 5 friday night games. That's my point and that's my opinion. Much prefer night games. I'll bet our sponsors would prefer them too.
