This. They distracted the masses with their lies while they literally picked their pockets.
No way does Trump or Elon or Thiel or Vance have any ability for compassion for the masses. Your mess now America.
Capitalism as their real God was always the problem. The rich got so much richer over the past few years with no trickle down economics to help the poor.
And now Musk says he will slash trillions, bet it won’t be from his own money. They will crash America, I am sure of it, and attempt to rebuild it similar to Putin and Orban’s Oligarchy . TOC.

There’s no ideology more elitist than this. That halfwit musk thinks he’s genetics need to be passed on to further humanity.

Humanity would be best served by him being strapped to the bottom of one of his rockets.

This administration will replace the civil service with loyalists. Wealth will be redistributed upwards. There will be no check on this executive power.

When it goes **** up you’d expect people to say no actually, this project 2025 stuff is cheeks.

But the cult leader will blame immigrants. Or blacks. Or gays. Or trans. Or the left. And dumb MAGA campaigners will believe him.

Nice!

You said income tax, then repeated that you meant income tax.

As usual, you simply don't realise your ignorance until it's spelled out and even then, you keep arguing your ignorant point until you finally realise it's wrong, then move the goal posts.

Rinse and repeat. Ignorance is a large part of the reason someone like Trump can be a candidate, let alone elected.
So let me get this straight. Your beef with me, and the reason you're going on this unhinged rant. Is because i said 60% instead of 50% when speaking about a foreign tax regime that i'm not familiar with?

A normal person would have said "I suspect you mean 50%, not 60%, but here's my thoughts in response otherwise..."

Something I find very interesting. Trump isn't more popular now, than he was at the previous election. At this point in time, he actually has around two million votes less than last time. So you could argue, less popular this time around.

If someone said, Trump would have two million less votes this election. You would have thought more confidently that the Democrats would have gotten up. But here is the thing, they themselves got a massive near 14 million less votes, at this point in time, compared to the previous election.

I have always said, Democrats have always had more voters in general these days, whether they win or lose these days, actually comes down to turn out from their own base.

In fact, for all the talk of record registrations, and record lines at the voting locations etc. Around 15-16 million people less voted yesterday. Which makes it all more interesting. Why did those 15 million people not vote in the most hotly and important election in many years? And for all the registered voters, and so called record this and that, where did all those votes go? It seems political pollsters massive over estimated, or exaggerated the turn out. Perhaps Covid played a part last time as well, with more people likely off work and free to vote etc.

Would have thought yesterday, you would have seen record voter turn outs.

Been looking at the numbers all day. Staggering to think that neither candidate reached the lofty heights of 2020.
Had the Dems actually managed to be for the workers and progressives I dont think yesterday happens. But at the present that ain't happening any time soon.

What a ridiculous assertion, even by your poor and lowly standards.
American women are about to find out what Christian nationalism has installed for them, and it won’t be rosy mate!
Sure thing mate! Check back in with me when it happens.

Let me know when the boogeyman clears out of your closet too.

No, you simply didn't understand income tax. You spoke about where a person lives. It's a tax levied on income. Only some pay the highest marginal rate, and even fewer pay State Tax in the US.

You were whining about someone living in a remote cabin paying 60% income tax (presumably to justify Trump's tariff policy) and that applies to zero people out of ~331 million.

Paying a maximum of almost 50% might apply to a few hundred remote cabin dwellers in the US. Out of 331 million. I assume you can work out percentages.

So, it was the usual disingenuous shit to support Trump's garbage policy, based on profound ignorance.

I fear its going to take the republicans basically going all the way with their authoritarian/fascist tendancies before we get any such movement.

Either that or dems go even more fascisty ensuring the likes of Musk, Thiel can do whatever they like regardless of who is in charge, basically taking the current corporate oligarchy a step further.

A very cheery vision of the future.
