VFL team getting let down by 2 factors:

1. The poison of umpiring gifting them their last 3 scores in shots directly in front of goal with unjustifiable free kicks

2. The dumbest selection of VFL talent I think I have ever seen.

Outside of that, good contest. Ford, CCJ, and Perez look really good

The NMFC either want a VFL or not got ask the question.

Need to recruit players that have had the following experience
Ex AFL,VFL,SANFL,WASFL or NEFL no players that have played in minor compitition like Riddle,Southern,Outer East or Minor Country Compititions.
Thats why into the future we need to do more moves then a Russian Ballerina to keep Ex North players that finish up at the AFL Level like for example
Hall,Turner,Hayden then try and lure players from other clubs into the system thats what I thought thats 1 of the resons why Lynch was brought to the club to help on the field.
Maybe if the Club offered Emma Kearney an off field role as a runner or Assistant Coach then the VFL side of the NMFC might be taken a bit more seriousley?
