Funnily enough, I thought our AFL game would go like our VFL game, and our VFL game would go like our AFL game.

Good to see us in it at half time. Didn’t expect that at all today

Scoreboard flatters us a fair bit they are dominating but haven’t been able to convert it into goals
But credit where credit is due our boys are holding up okay as well
A lot to like from our listed players

yEAH I was thinking the same.
Our MF dropped off in the last half of the second so we need to lift there. BL was under the pump bc of it. MRJ was blowing a bit and needs to get up to match fitness and he'll be an A GRADER.

Shocking fumbling from our players in particular. Maybe partially done to the rock hard ground but our ball handing has been poor.

Bauer - might like things his own way a bit, I am not sure about some of his play.
Dow - needs to find something more or he is in strife I think.

Bradtke - doing some really nice things just wants a bit more knowhow.
Coulthard - as we know, he moves brilliantly, has smart skills too. Lack of physical presence will be the only thing that could hold him back once he is familiar with structures etc.
Maurice - supplying great pressure as usual. Made a few errors ball in hand. Great to see him taking on tacklers, almost got through several opponents a couple of times.
Banks - typical game from him, runs the ball brilliantly to gain yardage and using it to advantage.
Brown - steady so far.
Soldo - playing well, love his willingness to throw his big body in.
Sonsie - not going anywhere near as well as last year. His whole game just isn't quite there at this stage.
Tresize - seems to be going well again, typical strong aerial presence and raking kicks.
Byuon - Seen a couple of nice things and a couple of not great efforts from him. You feel he could be giving us more.
Green - not noticed him once yet, see he has 2 disposals only.

Of the VFL guys, El Nour, Lefau doing some nice things, it's easy to like El Nour. Nathan has looked lost a couple of times. Street his normal self. Olden a good player.

Just like to see our players secure the ball a bit better when they get their hands on it in the contest. Some excellent ball movement chains at times using forward handball.
