Bushies got 9 players through for the Game 1 squad. A couple of the Bendigo players are named to play TAC Cup this weekend (perhaps thats an indication that they're emergencies????) but everyone else seems to be out for the camp.

I was more surprised with Hooper he is listed as playing hopefully it is to give him a run for some fitness and he is still in can anybody confirm if he is in fact in or not . It would be fairly harsh if he has missed out considering his form so far this year he'd have to be one of the form players of the comp and if he has missed you'd have to say goood night to little blokes cos he's a sgood as any of them so if they are knocking him back what hope the rest.
Completely agree with that. Massive surprise that he wasn't included for mine.
If he's fit he should definately be in the VC squad. He didn't play the trial game obviously, but he did the warm up with them and he seemed to be moving okay there, so not sure what the deal with his ankle is.

vc went down yesterday! how does will young get a game, chris prockter is a far better chf / hf than he is! and also how does reece healy form pios get selected for vc, watched him yesterday and he was a joke in its self, couldnt even mark a perfect kick under no amounts of pressure what so ever, and he was caught about 10 times. did sheehan play yesterday?

i'd say Koby Stevens is a definete in... he was stiff to miss out against metro and he absolutely tore the game to pieces for power on the weekend.. Butcher had a rough day for VC and might be one of the unlucky ones to get a rest
Ziebell will go straight in .
Butcher will stay in although he is not draftable this year so might go out .
Hooper came in for ziebell but i wouldnt expect hooper to go out now.
Christenson might be out with a broken leg , and some one said thompson was injured as well . if thompson wasnt injured he might lose his spot anyway he didnt give much of a contest anywhere i think he needs to work on the pysical side of his game because he does have a lot of natural talent he just cant handle pressure .

hooper played very good i wouldnt expect him to be out n if thats right about bundys breaking his leg that would be a big loss for country as he was playing very well.i would expect thompson and daniels to be dropped this week.

You'd suspect they'd make four or five changes to the side. Ziebell and Stevens should be automatically in, I'd also like to see them bring one of Cunnington/Tiller/Wright into the side just go and play them across half forward, would give them another avenue to goal.
Um...where'd u pull that from? Slightly different to the 24 possies on the TAC website!!!!

did I add em up wrong .......I admit to being unsure of what to count in effective and ineffective.......... oh thats disappointed me he has been out of form and it looked like a great turn around..........
10 effective kicks, 3 ineffective kicks = 13 kicks
8 effective handballs, 3 ineffective handballs = 11 handballs
13 kicks + 11 handballs = 24 possessions.
Thats how I work it out.
