Seems like we definately won't see Mora until after the bye; what is Peel's playing schedule like? I think if he can give in two more good performances he may earn a call-up; but that's just conjecture.

Surely they would fight the Mora one, It looked to me that the player was being tackled and as he fell he assaulted Mora's body with his head.

Yet he also has the highest goals-per-game ratio of any mid in our history.

Are the WAFL on a vendetta against us or something after we insisted on compromising their comp with a host arrangement?
Other than the Sylvia one we've had some pretty soft reports coming out of our WAFL games, and the umpiring has been distinctly one-sided.

Reckon Mora could have been in line for selection with maybe another game at most two at WAFL. Suspension means that is now at least another month depending on Peels fixture....
Not sure it is a conspiracy Esti but def. clubs are scragging Peel a lot and it seems the umps only pick up on the retaliation from our frustrated players.
Umpiring was very poor in this Peel game, thought it was ok previously. How are East Perth travelling with this?

Couldn't kick more than 38.6 metres but could definitely find the ball. ( sadly a lot of those were as described below ).
He did however spend an inordinate amount of time running around in our backline in junk time , picking up cheap kicks; usually when the game was shot to bits.
Can you verify the avg goals per game record he holds? With a qualifier of course that our mids in our first 17 years were nothing to write home about.

He's well short of 100 games but is still only averaging 0.61 goals per game, so well below Bell.
Sylvia is .82 goals per game. He would be a hand inclusion if he can get his act together.

East Perth v Subi. Last quarter. Scores almost level. A scramble at the top of the goal square between 6-8 players and an EP players grabs the ball and handballs it through. The ump pings him for deliberate and gifts a free to Subi on the goal line directly in front. Wins the game for Subi.
So EP struggling a bit too.
I enjoyed it as a neutral. The EP fans went berserk and quite rightly so.
I thought the WAFL didnt have the deliberate rushing a point rule?

He's a splendid beast taken overall when you see him in his athletic garb. lacking the boyish charm of a Hill, the boy band appeal of a Neale and definitely the rock star lips and hair of a Fyfe but you can see how he'd appeal to a woman looking for, perhaps a muscular, brooding latin type.I told my wife Morabito was appealing.

The Claremont player involved in the Mora report was bleeding from underneath his jaw. When I first saw it I thought this was more from him hitting the turf while being tackled and carried forward by two peel players. Camera angle I saw is not absolutely conclusive Mora actually connected with him as Mora moves in between the player and the camera at the particular moment certainly didn't seem to be any particular intent by Mora if there was contact.
I know that we are unable to be sure but any rumours how long Vandeleur could get if guilty?
