sorry to disappoint guys but that ain't the official team, that team was chosen by the players on the panel. however, i don't see the team changing that much.
Thats great news he deserves it.
I'm pretty sure they were the official 25 but not supposed to be released until the official announcement tomorrow.

His place isn't 'confirmed' apparantly but i'd be very surprised if he didn't both play AND take Franklin. For weeks everybody's been claiming, "who can match-up on Buddy?". The answer has always been the Jarrad Waite - the most athletic KP back in the league.
Really pleased for Jarrad, this should be a big step forward in his development and self-belief.
I agree with you Blue Dawn, i dont think there are many players on the Vic squad who can actually match it with Buddy. And i would be suprised if Jarrad didnt make it into the final squad.

"I was at my sister's house when I found out (about my selection) and she had dad's old (Big V) jumper and got it out," Waite said.
"He didn't really speak about it that much, I sort of knew he had (represented Victoria), but it's pretty amazing when you look at it like that ... how the generations are coming up."
"It's pretty exciting having that family history."
"We're playing against the best players in the land and it's not going to be easy - the defence are going to have to ... help each other out and support each other," he said.
"The chance to even run out on Saturday night is a tremendous honour and I'll take whatever I can get."
"It's one of those things that might not happen again and you've just got to take your opportunities."
