Current WAR CRIMES Israel Hamas Conflict Pt 2 - * ICC issues warrants for Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu & Yoav Gallant & for Hamas's Mohammed Deif

Here is PART 1

The ICC has also issued warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant and for Hamas leader Mohammed Deif, who Israel says they have killed.

According to the ICC, the chamber “found reasonable grounds to believe” that Deif was “responsible for the crimes against humanity of murder; extermination; torture; and rape and other form of sexual violence; as well as the war crimes of murder, cruel treatment, torture; taking hostages; outrages upon personal dignity; and rape and other form of sexual violence”.

It also said there were reasonable grounds to believe the crimes against humanity were “part of a widespread and systematic attack directed by Hamas and other armed groups against the civilian population of Israel”.

For Netanyahu and Gallant, who was replaced as defence minister earlier this month, the chamber “found reasonable grounds to believe” that they “each bear criminal responsibility for the following crimes as co-perpetrators for committing the acts jointly with others: the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts”.

It also found reasonable grounds to believe that “each bear criminal responsibility as civilian superiors for the war crime of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population”.

You claimed Netanyahu funded Hamas. This article does not support your claim. Qatar transferring money to Hamas isn't Netanyahu funding it.
None of these people know what they're talking about. They live in headlines, it's all curated through the same propaganda channels. Same talking points, same headlines to support the talking points. If you talk to anti-Israeli people long enough, they all come up with the same tired disproven talking points presented in the same misleading way. This isn't the first time I have seen that Likud party meeting 2019 quote used to support the exact same talking point. I bet he has no idea where the source of that quote comes from lol.

I prefer to deal in facts rather than rhetoric.

Hamas received vast amounts of money from Qatar, this is true and well known. They were also funded by Iran. Israel did allow this transfer of funding to happen. This is also true.

Israel however did not fund Hamas themselves. This would be a false claim.

Did Netanyahu want to keep Hamas separate from PA? The answer to this would be yes. There is a good reason for this as Hamas taking over in West Bank would be a disaster for Israel. Would then be surrounded on 3 sides (West Bank/Gaza/Hezbollah) by Iranian backed terror groups that openly declare their intent to annihilate Israel. I'm not surprised at all that Israel would not want Hamas taking over in West Bank.

Netanyahu funded Hamas because he knew they were extremists , you can't make deals with them just as you can't with his government who are striving for a greater Israel. He's been quoted bragging about this ...do a quick Google search ffs

Oh Greater Israel. And Turkey is trying to restore the Ottoman Empire.

Doesn't matter how you spin it for over a decade, Israel facilitated the transfer of 10's of millions of dollars of funds from Qatar to Hamas as a method of ensuring that Gaza and the West Bank would remain under separate governing authorities. Gaza under Hamas and the West Bank under the Palastinian Authority in order to guarantee that there could be no progress towards a Palastinian state. Netenyahu and other Zionist government party leaders have openly talked about this policy for years and suggestion that this isn't the case is just delusional. It's all coming from the same idiots defending genocide happening right now

It's almost as if you didn't watch the video?
He was the PM prior to this and he's speaking about how he's sabotaged any peace deals , manipulated the West and then bragged about it. Imagine defending this campaigner.

You're unnecessarily exagerrating.

Propping up Hamas could mean lots of things. They were elected to govern Gaza, so I can see how easily this has happened.

Was the government of Israel supposed to go in and turf them out? That wouldn't have gone down well either.

But, given they are the government of Gaza they could have been given a seat at the table at some point through the new peace deal discussions.

Are you referring to Maura Finkelstein? She was fired over a speech and wider investigation which found her social media posts.

Meanwhile, universities are successfully being sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars on antisemitism and racial vilification claims.

Sydney University included, which is expected to pave the way for broad class action lawsuits.

Sure there's been a small minority that have been clearly antisemitic and using this conflict to justify their actions but 1000s of people have lost their jobs , been silenced and even arrested just for supporting Palestinian rights / anti genicide protesters critical of israels actions on Gaza and the wider occupation.
You can't wear a watermelon on a tee-shirt without being targeted.
Anti Zionism and anti Israel is not antisemitism.. however there's no distinction anymore , anyone who's against what Israel is doing is labeled a Hamas supporter by large sections of the West. Nobody can deny this.

Anti Zionism and anti Israel is not antisemitic .

They should have the right to appeal if they were fired and/or send it through the courts.

I have a watermelon T shirt and a black bikini with watermelons on it. Nobody's targeted me yet.

Guys I am just making psuedo-legal arguments justifying Hamas's attack directed against the civilian population of Israel as a legal form of resistance... why am I being called a Hamas supporter? So unfair.

People in here trying to legally justify the planning of October 7th, and the person who cares about atrocities and war crimes is crying over someone's take on why Hamas cover their faces. Interesting.

If you care about the atrocities of October 7 then you must be real annoyed that the isreali knesset has passed a law making it a crime to deny it's official account of October 7 with offenders facing up to 5 years prison. Israel claimed that lightly armed militants from Gaza caused destruction but independent sources within Israel and IDF revealed that the IDF executed the Hannibal directive indiscriminately firing on everything in sight to prevent hostages being taken. The debunked mass rape allegations have also been cemented in law criminalizing any challenges to their falsehoods. Why does the only democracy in the middle east need to legislate on any version of events? The integrity of this country left years ago. They're an absolute pariah.

Criticism of Israel's government or Zionism, isn't antisemitic.

But when people are singling Israel out and applying a standard to Israel that they don't apply to other countries, it might be antisemitic.

There's other tells.

Is this a Lunchlady Doris from mid-2024 sock puppet account?

This has already been discussed many times. The directive was to ensure Hamas terrorists did not escape back to Gaza after committing acts of terror in Israel.

indiscriminately firing on everything in sight to prevent hostages being taken.
False
The debunked mass rape allegations
The ICC charged Deif and his Hamas subordinates with mass rape as a war crime. Also using rape as a war crime to terrorise Israeli population. Your claim that rape allegations have been debunked is false and actually dismisses the horrific nature of the war crimes committed by Hamas.

have also been cemented in law criminalizing any challenges to their falsehoods.
Which law would that be? Please go ahead and quote it. Remembering your claim here is their specific version is written into law. Falsehoods in general are against the law in most democracies so you are not allowed to quote a general law that forbids falsehoods being published publicly.
Why does the only democracy in the middle east need to legislate on any version of events?
Please quote the legislation that allegedly specifically as you claim. You'll find all democracies have laws about spreading falsehoods.
The integrity of this country left years ago. They're an absolute pariah.
About the only thing you posted here that wasn't propaganda or outright falsehoods.

Nobody says it's islamaphobic to be critical of Saudi Arabias regime.

If people are singling out Israel it's probably because they're a modern day apartheid state protected by the West commiting a genocide right now? People tend to go harder on states commiting atrocities that their government supports or their taxes contribute to.

The rape allegations haven't been debunked.
Mass rape allegations were debunked as was the 40 beheaded babies claim.
There was evidence of sexual violence as quoted by the UN however absolutely no evidence or victim accounts of widespread rape being used as a weapon of war as Israel and the Times reported early in the conflict.
For whatever reason Israel continues to exaggerate the already real horrific atrocities of that day.

I'm not suggesting whatsoever, that Israel shouldn't be criticised.

Over here, Israel puts about ten times in to Australia than goes out.
