A very good win for the Hurricanes, bowled brilliantly to keep the Strikers to just over a run a ball on a pitch that looked very good for 160+.

Hurricanes have now jumped in fourth on the table.

They make finals scorchers are tripe

Hurricanes defeat the Heat to move into third.

Three straight wins for the Hurricanes, they are looking like a real chance this season.

Heat will be sweating on Redmayne coming back. Batting looks very thin without her.

And Brad Hodge is right

Why the blue moon do you not keep Cheatle on while it’s swinging

Brainless captaincy
I'm guessing the 15 runs Perry conceded the over before may have scared her a little, but I agree with Hodge, Cheatle should have bowled another.

Gardner has just bowled Devine.

Need to get Mooney as soon as possible. She is batting at another level at the moment, almost impossible to get out and keeping the Scorchers in the hunt.

Its still a bit odd to me that they get the opportunity to have some really good insight in to what is happening on the ground by having a fielder miked up and then spend that time asking said fielder about their personal lives.

4/176 is a very competitive total. It looks like a good pitch, but the conditions offer something for the bowlers.

Could be a hum dinger of a chase.
