May need to sell to finance new facility?Hopefully Hawks would keep it all as an investment.
Good rental return for a gym, the shops etc
Charter flights?Right next door to Moorabbin Airport. When they said "destination club" they literally meant "destination club".
Hawk Force One?
if it goes ahead what would happen to waverley ??
didnt think it could be its heritage listed and hast to have a footy club or something in it i thought , if i remember right that is ??Would be sold off presumably to council or a developer.
A few years ago they mentioned they wanted to build something similar to Tottenham's training facility which is also on 28 hectares.

Some pics to give you guys an idea of what we could do in Dingley, obviously with footy grounds instead of soccer ones:
Brilliant!
And on the way back from training, it'll only be a hop, skip and a jump from everybody's favourite tourist atteactions such as Dandy Magistrates court and Noble Park train station...
Plenty os good, healthy Vietnamese food there, I would imagine.Just so long as the players aren't getting snacks in Springvale... could be bad for the stomach.
Ha ha
I hope that doesn't mean we'll have the same success as the great Tottenham Hotspurs?
The did win the league back in the 1960's ...

Oi! We won the FA Cup Final in 1991!

I have to look up Dingley to see where it is - the middle of nowhere.
It would want to be bloody good - miles from where players like to live and where most members live.
Don't you also have a couple of League Cups during the last 20 years?
The Arsenal only have FA Cups ...
