The talls we took look like outstanding athletes who will need a fair bit of development. I like the look of West the most as he just looks like someone who will give us an excellent contest.
Will Hayes just looks really bloody good.

Agree it does need some work but not terrible
He is main thing he has we liked is his Contested Marking

The key word in his draft profile is aggression, need a bit of that if you’re a key forward, sick of the timid types.

Hopefully we learned from McMahon.
Hayes standout feature appears (for mine) to be hitting the ground-ball at pace and really clean hands without breaking stride ..cyril, l.neale (esque). for someone with a bit of toe and low to the ground this can be devastating.
although his goal kicking inaccuracy seems to be a big area of improvement.
re the talls .. Cochran's an interesting selection esp with TJ already on the list as that skinny, wiry, get the ball & take-off running flank defender type. at 195 cms he could fill out and certainly play a key defensive post but i wonder how he might be developed.
projects, athletically at least, as that Bilcavs type able to pinch hit as a tall across the lines ..back /forward and through the mids. that would provide some handy versatility ..lots of development required for that to play out.
re West, reckon he might end up being a key defender ..strength, leap, disciplined, average kicking, mobile & aggressive.
qualifier: 2 mins of highlight tape and 2 -3 draft profiles can maketh the deluded fool a red-faced deluded fool some distant time into the future ..
