Nice touch by the club.’

All reports Jack was a terrific guy; squeezed every drop out of himself to have 50 AFL games.
Credit to him.

Whilst limited as a player can never doubt his application and attitude.

Best for the future to him.
Good guy.

We traded Frost as part of a complex exchange of picks ...

... and the main pick we got we used to get Nathan Murphy. So that would seem OK so far.
We’re already ahead then.

That said, Jack was one good guy.

If there was an issue, it was not one of which I was aware. Though given I am not aware of much anyway, he could have been head of a rodent pack within the club and I'd not have known. Good luck to the guy. He was limited but played a role and for a time looked like a bit of a steal, until exposure to the big time time revealed, then accentuated, deficiencies in his game style and aptitude, though Brisbane became willing recipients of his skills and weaknesses. Concussion it seems has snuffed out his flame before it has been truly fired. At least Jack Frost has a story of sporting heroics to tell the grandchildren, as well as being the owner of a name that evokes unpleasant fears of Melbourne winter mornings.
Jack be nimble Jack be quick.

And didn’t he look like a Jack Frost too.
Pure albino. Perfectly named.

I think he must have copped a few head knocks with us also,a bit hard to see him 12 concussions in 2 seasons with the Lions.
He was a little too kamikaze in his approach at times obviously too his detriment but he played 50 odd games for the club lack of talent or not, most of us would give our right testicle to do that.

He obviously still has a soft spot for the club and good on him for that,he always tried anyway if limited good luck in retirement mate.
