This is a classic example of pumping WAFL games to our youngsters, rather than pushing them into the AFL prematurely.

I’m more than happy for players likes Amiss, Treacy, Johnston etc to learn their craft.

I really like how complete NoD‘S game is looking. He is aggressive and creative when we have the ball, hard working and defensive when we don’t. He has no obvious flaws at this stage. He stays involved. He has played 2 very mature, well rounded games.

Only obvious flaw, put a lot of work into kicking off your right peg. Handy for emergencies.

Other than his lack of gymnastic skills, all is going well.

Big fan of this kid, my sister is really close with his sister so always kept an eye on him.

I'm sure you all know but you've got a serious player, its a big call but there's a bit of Bontempeli the way he moves, that kind of bounding running gate and the raking left boot.

year of footy down at Peel has served him well. I'm sure there's a chance he burns out 2nd year player and still raw physically but hes shown so much so early in his career!

Someone mentioned a young Dangerfield and I can't unsee it. Not as explosive but just the way he hit packs at speed before throwing it on that left boot. If he turns out half as good as either of those then he'll have a great career. So much potential and promise at 19, can't wait to see how he's tracking at 22-23 when he's good the body ready and 50 games in the system.

Seriously impressed with this kid. Hope he now has the belief in himself and continues to work hard. He hasn’t just tiptoed through our games. Made huge impressions on both offense and defense. Love how he simply keeps his distance too like an actual winger.

Some of our ‘holes’ are slowly being filled with real McCoy not just ‘let’s put player X in this position’.

All of my knowledge of the draft comes from the Bigfoot draft board, mainly Knightmare.

Following O'Driscoll through the draft discussion phase, he seemed to start off as a top 10 pick and then slowly slid as the draft approached, from memory there were concerns over his pace and scope for further development...I'm not seeing a lumbering finished product at all.

The club has done a great job in recruiting leaders and players correct mindset, Brayshaw being the obvious example.
