I think that the football world in general recognises how good Bont is for his age and capabilities. He's nowhere near his ceiling yet and very well could be a future legend the way he's going. The quality of his ball use in the GF was far superior than the stats/numbers say

So many of those type of goals , particularly involving Stringer, you see Crameri tackling guys and pushing guys over so that someone else can kick the goal.
Can't f*cking wait to see him back in action. His 7 against Essendon is one of my favourite Bulldog performances ever.

Pannalstaroz Can please assure me that Bont isn't injured ? :p
I know this is tongue and cheek, but do you honestly think Pan is gonna keep asking his mate about every little rumour that comes up? That's the easy way to get no info in the future.

Depends how close his relationship with his mate who has the inside info is I suppose.

I was out at Barkers last Tuesday and saw Bont and Toyd, Bont definitely sporting a moonboot. Seen him in a few training videos though, is it possible to train normally and wear a moonboot around off the ground to manage a minor injury?

Yep, it is possible, but I'd imagine he's on some sort of modified training program as well. The boot limits the amount of force going through the foot/ankle from general daily activities- it's not that he's unable to walk/run, but doing less of it can help to decrease the risk of further damage and speed up recovery.

Perhaps it is just a fashion accessory? Maybe he just likes the look and feel of it.

I guess if there was any time to have a niggle, now would be it.
