Both South Australian clubs participate in the AFL through a licensing agreement with the SANFL and AAMI Stadium, and as both clubs were co-tenants of the stadium, the SANFL took the venue back from Adelaide and renamed it Checkside.
Adelaide has a sponsorship deal with online betting company Tattsbet. They formerly had a deal with BetEzy, who operated a branded betting website, crowsbet, on their behalf. This has since been shut down.

Let me put this to you Bosk.

If Vlad were to say that they would scrap the CoLA for Sydney and GWS in it's entirety but only if that was tied to a deal that all Clubs can not receive a cent from Pokies, would you be supportive of this plan? I use the CoLA as an example of 'unfair' advantage as not all states in Australia allow for Pokie rorting.

There will come a day when legislation will forcibly remove Pokies and/or the pressure of Political Correctness will illicit Vlad issuing such an edict.
Would you want your club reliant on that money and unprepared for when it's gone.
