Jarrod Pickett in the goalsquare, hadn’t actually seen him before now. Maybe just playing a half.

Went down by 23 in the end, but definitely some positives out of that. Mostly the bigs - Edwards and the Williamses. Winder came into it in the last quarter and Yeoy seemed to come through OK.

I'm quietly confident Jack Williams will be a long term AFL player.

No idea how good, but he's (almost) two metres tall, strong/athletic, has vice hands and he works really hard. That's a good base to work with for a KF.
Good to hear.
Perhaps an Allen-Williams (J) forward line would be potent in years to come.

Zane Sumich to captain the Beagles this year, Mitch Henderson and Jalen McGee the vice captains.

Son of a gun Zane Sumich was voted in as West Coast’s WAFL captain for season 2022.

The son of dual Eagles premiership player Peter, who is preparing for his second season at the club after crossing from South Fremantle, was a unanimous choice to take over from East Perth-bound Hamish Brayshaw as skipper.

The 23-year-old will have a pair of vice-captains, Perth product Mitch Henderson and former Claremont player Jalen McGee.

Henderson signed from the Demons, where he played in last year’s winning reserves decider, while McGee is in his second year as an Eagle after five league appearances as a Tiger.
