Ithink we should just stay on the wrfl site mate,we are getting a few morons on the colts thread and also the wrfl thread is dieing so we need to save it.[/QUOTE]
It is dying and the other is more of a spraying thread than anywhere close to a football thread, just got the new suit for Derby cant wait is the courgar and bronco going?

Do any yeams out there get play books at the start of the year, that list set plays for kick outs and stoppages and so forth. I know of a few clubs that do i was wondering if any in the WRFL have Travvy43 or Cabs?

Re: Western Region Football League team

Nah of recent years we havent got a book with anything like stoppages or kick outs. We do a lot of work closer to the season on stuff like that and zones... We get more of a handout on team rules and the like, forwards, backs, mids and so on!

Re: Western Region Football League team

Haha McGoldrick to West Footscray, no chance at all!
The guy wont lower himself to second division football.

Re: Western Region Football League team

Scott McGoldrick you dill, the guy who plays at Yarraville before posting at least know whats going on!

Big pick up for West if true Smack can play abit of footy think last year was one of the fav for the Barry Preist medal. Think West should do there rooms up with that money not worry about spending it on players.

Re: Western Region Football League team

hey just wondering what all your blokes thoughts on josh linton were. played with him and think hes alright apart from his yuk head and his big mouth. i here he is extremely keen on playing with bendigo bombers reserves this year.

I don't think anyone would knock Scotty for going to a strong club he deserves some to enjoy some success after sticking it out at Yarraville for so long and for I hope he doesn't go to Abion or West Footscray both rabbles

scotty mcgoldrick is a gun i would be surprised if he played 2nd division, i think colts will talk to him as he is mates with hollywood mcanulty and hoppers would be keen and frosty would know him pretty well i would imagine

hoppers will need midfielders if murphy and miles makes werribee's list(they should) and also they have lost carson, clubs would be in talks with a lot of players imo so can't be too much longer before signings are announced

heard spotswood have recruited a few players from colac through their new coach, he has a few contacts in that league which could net his new club some talent and they've re-signed all their key players, the woods are going for the big prize does anyone else have any news on signings yet

spotty have signed Mangan a ff from Aberfeldie, got Bond from Werribee and are in talks with a big bloke who is built like Jensen but can actually play who is best friends with the coach . The new coach is also a good player in his own right. As you say they have also re-signed all their top players from last year, so they are obviously getting on the front foot trying to get things moving for 07
