Re: Western Region Football League team

Well, today i may have stumbled on a Hutchy type story. Im sure there would be plenty of Spotty people dying to know my information in regards to Colts... but due to my deep dislike of Spotty i will keep this to myself. Will tell all after the granny, which Colts should win.

You finally coming out of the closet cabs?? Is that your story?? Ha ha:)

Re: Western Region Football League team

Re: Western Region Football League team

My tips for the weekend are:
18s- Werribee by 20 pts
Res- Hoppers by 25 pts
Sen- Spotty 38pts BOG Montebello (big time player and will be pumped)

Big Game this weekend.

Good luck to both teams.

With my experience in the WRFL against both clubs I believe that Port Colts will play with a non compromising attitude and will do what ever it takes to win. Even if it will be to rough up some of the Spotty boys.

Spotty are a great club and have got some great players but in recent history Spotty footy club have gone missing when the going gets tough?

I hope spotty can really play some great football as they have some great players.

Spotswood Football Club it is time to take the soft tag off your back this weekend and who better to do this against then the mighty conquering Port Colts.

There is no point on any Spotty fan or player responding to this comment because history speaks louder then words.
You guys need to make a statement and this weekend is you time.
So take it with both hands and grab that CUP.

And Beazer get off this thing and concerntrate on playing this weekend.

Spotty coach. Heard a whisper Big Ray reinjured his sternam in a collision in the second semi and this was the reason why he left the ground? When I say reinjured apparently he cracked the sternam bone maybe last year against Yarra? Takes only a slight knock for that type of injury to flare again?

Re: Western Region Football League team

Team of the year is interesting

7 players from Spotty
5 from Colts
3 from Sunshine & Albion
2 from Hoppers
1 each from Parks and Saints

Frost and Theodore Co-Coaches
Jacobs Captain

Jensen sternam is 100% in fact i heard it is that good he was throwing around about 130Kg on the bench the other day in the gym as if it was nothing. apparently the retirement rumour from Jensen i heard was false a family member playing games with me it seems! ran into him and Monte yesterday down the main street in Altona they just left the gym and were eating a whole chicken each!

Who cares either way once you take the field your fit, even with the week of they will have some sore blokes just as we have, but when the adrenilin gets going both sides will be flying and ready to go.
I will just say that this is the best side we have had all year and we have no excuses..............

I would love him to play on me got 5 on him last time and would get more than that tomorrow but they need him at chb, they will be teated from our h/fwds tomorrow and if spotty do finish the dream it will not be due to jensen.

That rumour was started by some w***er obviously stuck in 1999 with the name FDLfan... get with the times buddy!

Re: Western Region Football League team

Dont know enough about the 18's to comment. In the 2nds, having watched colts last week they looked very good. a lot of young, quick fellas with some good targets up forward... in saying that the hoppers 2's side is one of the best ive seen in the WRFL when full strength. im gonna have to say hoppers by 22 points. In the seniors, im gonna stick with my tip of Colts... just think the finals pressure may get to a few of the Colts blokes, and also the physicality of the game. Spotty may also be a little rusty with the lack of footy they have played lately. Colts by 18 points, Lindsay BOG.

Cabs..have to agree with you there.not enough knowledge on the 18's, Hoppers 2's look the goods and in the big one can't go past the mighty colts...Just know how to keep winning the big ones...even throughout this year when they have needed to stand up ,they have delivered..Colts by 16 pts. Rock07 to kick 6 and be the difference and win the medal.

Re: Western Region Football League team

Good Luck tomorrow to all involved @ Port Colts Football Club, hopefully this great club can bring home both flags

:thumbsu: Go the NUTZNBOLTS :thumbsu:

MUSIC TO MY EARS

Re: Western Region Football League team

Hoppers crossing dogs! too scared they would lose to a young gun side full of run and weren't keen to play the best team on the day!

Dont make a mountain out of a mole hill boys, as we all have experienced at some times this year, the leagues records are a little incorrect at times. All have played enough games to qualify for senior or reserves games as specified in the rules of the league. The relevant late forms have een produced and verified by the WRFL Admin.

Re: Western Region Football League team

My pick for tomorrow - colts twos by 15 points best huggins
1sts - colts by 32 points best macanulty

Reserves - Hoppers by 17, hard to go a team that hasn't lost a game all year. Colts got close two weeks back but i think Hoppers will deliver the runs today.

Seniors - Colts by 13 in a great game. My severe dislike for Spotswood would rather see a team win 3 straight then see a new comer contest the balance of power. Hopefully some of those rumoured injuries are tested out by the Colts boys, and we actually see a bit of action. Two weeks ago was a bit boring
BOG - Bonnett - Something different...all the best!

Re: Western Region Football League team

All tips aside, the woodsmen have prevailed as the strength of the competition this year. They are committed and should be congratulated on their success.

Where have all the colts crew, who have a go, gone? Their committee would have to be dissapointed with their team's leack of commitment and strength.

Good luck next year boys, from all reports, you are going to need it~
