Anyone know of any new players from other leauges or from under 18's coming to join any of the teams this year? and is it true rohan smith is playing at hoppers?

rohan smith is definately not playing at hoppers........but has taken them for pre season training a couple of times before chrissy

So where has everyone been training? We havent been able to use our ground as of yet, so its just been down at the Anglers most sessions. Also went to Brimbank Park a couple of times along with Footscray Park. Has anyone been allowed on there grounds yet? I think with the lack of ballwork we and other clubs have been doing it will lead to the skills not being as spot on as other years. I know myself I need plenty of touches of the footy to be confident come season time.

Rohan Smith signed for 8 games with Hoppers in between Fox Sports commitments.

one person says he is one person says def not??? looks like hoppers have signed some good players!
whats spotty and albion looking like.. signed many new people on?

I think you will find it's a minor hiccup and he will be cleared....happy for him to go and hopefully he plays out his career at st.kilda city, give him a sense of belonging although maybe he mite return to his junior club and become captain coach, his parents would like that [great people]

I find this strange with him offering his services to come down to take training drills and give advice for $$$$$ of course....i mite get him down to help us out the week we play hoppers.
In saying that i'm sure hoppers will be a good side this year with some hany recruits in murphy and co...although some names would be good ....the key forward they have picked up???? but think they are a bit behind spotty still

Do you think you will be in the mid field rotation this year Gangster?, as Tocka speaks very highly of you if not Grant Setterfield said he would be happy to have you in the four be two's.

I think they have picked up a kid named Hackett or Heckett. Played a bit for shepparton in the GV and with Port Melbourne before that. Big unit and goes well, if what my GV sources tell me is true.

Kangas ticking along ok at the moment, 44 on the track last night (including 7 U18's).

h aha, not sure about this one.

If there is any bar on him in the rooms i think it is self imposed. My understanding is that Mr O'keef lost a bit of respect for the footy club following an incident in their rooms following a home and away match there two years ago.

Whats your source on the rumour their Didier???

Travvy i think u mean Bekker. big fella, ruckman. he actually played quite a few games there this year, and i think he might have done his knee late in the year. good player, got player of the day against us the first time but i dont think hes key position or anything. more just a ruckman.

yer johnny will get a clearance just some problems at the club at the moment. he will slide right in down at stkilda city this year. all the best to him. but would love to have him stay!


anyone know where doorwood is playing this year? surely would be playing at div2? altona boy i believe anyone at altona seen him on the track?

hes already been cleared to albion if u check clearences, was well known he was going there since november , have you been overseas for 6 months? whered you go? , was it good?

albion..strange.but sure he will do well.. accually not oversea's haha.i went to perth for work in october for 4 months just got back a few weeks ago.. so just starting into the preseason now.. turned a bit of sarcastic comments into fact. who else has moved around?? has albion or spotty got any new players we don't know?

What happened 2 years ago? I overheard a guy talking at the powell I think it might have been sheppa , not to sure as I dont know him but know of him.
