IHC Result Round 12 Glenorden vs Spotswood (how long ago is that?)
Glenorden Player Derigistered and He and his brother banned from attending WRFL Matches. Spotswood President reprimanded and placed on a Good Behaviour Bond for the off season.

ok so we will know longer hang shit on anyone any more just in case there in an bad emotional state. thats why when i coped the you can **** off too ya spotty dog comments from the car load of colt supporters as i left the ground with my son after the game i didnt respond back not cause im a coward but because i thought it was a smarter option. but then my emotional state was of joy

Not sure of the exact order but this should be pretty close, it would be dissapointing if danny didn't win it easily the best year of footy i have witnessed, although i think murphy was also very good and with not much opposition from team mates, should be a good nite......hopefully i can make it.
yeh good idea, about the young guns out there on grand final, good to see both spotty and port giving youth a chance i know spotty got a bit of crap mid year for not playing some of the kids but came good ,had 7 debut for the 1s during the season including Dennerley,Knight and Orchard who all played in the granny along with ports Perkins and Heffernan from port. could only be good for the game

I was not saying you can't hang it on players during the game, as it's give and take but to make smart ass remarks to a player leaving the ground after loosing a grand final is just dumb.And the fact that you didn't respond to the ********s in the the car just shows that you can make a choice for the better or worse. and just in case you were wondering, l don't follow Spotty or Port.

put this issue to rest, everyone has a different opinion and as a player with a good record and who never falls in if it were me who this chap had of gestured to i would have bitten too, the game was ours until the very end and we got beat narrowly with a little bit of controversy all players were shattered would be a natural reaction to say something back, after a few minutes you would settle down and see things a bit clearer
in my opinion there is no way you can stop this behaviour, the people who jumped at the chance to fight would do so even when not drinking they would have itching for it all day it happens everywhere in society not just footy games, it happens at bus stops in schools etc you read about it every day but what is the solution??????????

We ll jus got back from tribunal, after a long and very fair hearing i was suspended for 3 weeks. I result i thought that was about right.
Umpires are very important in our game and must be protected, i was in the wrong and should not have said what i did to them. Yes i believe they made errors and at crucial times but that's footy and i was far from perfect in my performance on the day. W e all must look after the umpires more with respect and so forth, and not for 1 second did i think any of the umpires cheated.
Now then we had the misconduct charge and due to some minor issue both parties agreed to an adjourment and the case will be heard at a later date.
After seeing the process first hand i have little doubt i will get a fair hearing.
Also thanx to all who sent me pm of support i appreciate it.

I don't think you'll suffer too much at the hands of the tribunal because the 'scapegoat' thing will be too obvious. Instead of being applauded it will be ridiculed. That would be more damaging to the league IMO.
As for WRFL responsibilities, there is a duty of care element that has to be observed. They must ensure that everything is done to maintain a safe environment. If matters are investigated by relevant authorities and they have been found negligent even in the smallest area, they'll have to suffer the consequences. Tough spot to be in for them.

if true confirms the quality of wrfl umpires ability ?
That is a big shock if not even invited, he played midfield was in the best 90% of games and kicked around 40 goals, i would be surprised if anyone beat jacobs now, mite go for a colts quinella and julier to run second.

There's an interesting article on page 11 of the Sun today Rock.
Two players leaving the field in a RDFL final and running towards an "off field brawl" and melee. The brawl resulted in a AFL rookie ( watching he's old club) coping a "fat lip".
Both players given a one week suspended sentence for their actions.

If selected would definately want to play, would be absolutely awesome and what would be even better is if we took on the EDFL. Our top 20-30 match it with them and i think the WRFL would play with a bit more spirit!

Given that the Spotty vs Glenorden IHC result is being delivered by Father Xmas in the early morning of the 25th December (provided he has enough room in his sac) I suggest that you do not hold your breath. WRFL New Years Resolution will be to clear up all 2008 unfinished business so you might get a gig sometime later in 2009 !!
Not like that at all mate, it will be heard with in two weeks, both parties agreed to put it back, so drama there.
Got any more information was to why it was adjourned or are you not allowed to say?
