WHEN WE WONN!!
Greatest momement of my life. After the awards and the laps of honour i ran out of my house and up and down the street for 30 minutes with my flag. i didn't even bother with shoes. Went absolutely crazy.
What did you all do?

I was at the game!

When we won I stood up and yelled so hard, I thought I was on the verge of blowing up! Oh it was so special! :D I cant believe it.

I smiled and hoped Hodgey would get Norm Smith so I could win some money and yeah just smiled. I hope we do this again soon so I can really enjoy it. I'm just not enjoying it, for personal reasons and being the only Hawk fan in the house and God I just wish I was at a pub right now.

Well done Hawkers (and fans)
I was at a mates house where we had a gathering. No-one there follows either team, but i can honestly say we were willing the Hawks on, (despite the fact im not a huge fan of the hawthorn faithful) mainly for Crawf.

Top stuff and i can only hope in future i can experience the feeling of my team winning the granny.Once again well done and now you guys have bragging rights for 12 months!!!

Had "something in my eye" for half an hour or so...Craf's interview with Tim Watson set me off well and truly! I'd felt sick at 3q time, praying that we could hang on. When Roughy kicked the late goal I just yelled out RRRRRRRRRRROUGH!!!, then rang my Mum (holidaying overseas) as the last 30 seconds played out.

I then remembered that I'd put $25 at $3.85 on Hawks Half-Full time double and $25 at $12 on Hodgey for the Norm Smith Medal!!

Rang my Geelong supporting BEST freind only to discover that despite my comiserations and lack of gloating, I was as popular as Fred Nile at the Mardi Gras!!!

Uhm. Lets see, I tried to be calm and composed for the last 7 minutes. My mum, step brother, sister, brothers girlfriend (who were all elsewhere during the day) hauled ass to get to my dads house..

Everybody was hugging me, asking me how it felt to see my team finally win a premiership. Strange, I also had something in my eye, must have been something in the air. Cheered on the game, every kick, handball, tackle, as loud as if I was at the MCG with the other 100,000 people!

The last minute, I was in total disbelief at what I'd just seen happen, MY TEAM HAD JUST WON A PREMIERSHIP!! I counted down the last 10 seconds, before jumping up off the couch, and being that drunk I didn't get my feet back under me in time and face planted. NOT Really :p I got up and was swamped by my family, then belted out the theme song 4 or 5 hundred times before heading outside to scream as loud as I could

"GO THE HAWKERS"

Then ran across the road hi-fiving random people who said go hawks.

Went back inside, watched the presentations, then hauled my ass to Federation Square (Listening to some shitty band) . Then I continued my chanting and singing before seeing the boys with the premiership cup!!

Was sitting behind the goals, best day of my life. We were all hugging and hi fiving anyone and everyone around us.

Best game I have ever been to in terms of atmoshpere and excitement!

After i had calmed down cracked a bottle of Champers and drank it in unison with my Corona, celebrating the boys win and my $500 I had on them and the $50 I had on Hodgey. Great day all round....:):)

Wanted to go to Fed Square but I came home and watched the replay!!!!!!
I'LL head to Glenferrie today!

I was there... I was hugging everyone I could, yelling, crying and waving my flag. Went to fed Square last night and it was awesome Buddy went off when he came out and eveyone was hailing "hodgey". The song was sung many times crawf got the song going and it was packed but I got nearish to the front.
