Earlier on in life I was a massive Preston supporter, in fact, along with my parents, I would say that as a little tacker in the 90s I definitely followed Preston closer than I did Carlton..pretty ironic that Carlton raping my beloved Preston was what caused me to jump over the my Grandfathers beloved Port Melbourne but that's a story for another day. Anyhow, this was my 4th birthday present, from when the Bullants and Northern Knights 'merged' to form the Preston Knights, this was their VFL jumper from '97, I wore it with pride despite the fact it looked like a dress around Cramer Street.

The West Coast training jumpers are damn good... could easily be used as an alternative game-day jumper.

2012 player issue Storm home jersey...premiership year.

Surprised to see so much stitching on the jersey especially with today's performance gear where everything is sublimated. When trying on this jersey, I found the embroidered logos and the white stitched piping down the sides to be very annoying. The Programmed logo on the back is heat pressed because the company became sponsors after the season started. Compared to the replica jersey I bought later that season, the only stitching on the replica was the NRL and Melbourne Storm embroidered logos, everything else is sublimated. While I find the replica to be more comfortable to wear I am stoked that I finally got my hands on this PI.

It's odd how rugby still persists with embroidered stuff, but I loved how long they had collars for as well. Bring 'em back I say, soccer has done so, with good use.

The mesh on the side is like an old school basketball jersey which is cool.

Pretty much all player issue league jerseys now have sublimated logos. Only fan jerseys have the embroidery now.
