I enjoyed it.. the supernatural element kinda gets a bit silly but overall a pretty decent movie I thought

Oh man
Watched a 1999 movie called Ravenous last night. Civil War era western/horror with two actors I really like - Robert Carlyle and Guy Pearce. It wasn't bad. I liked the setting and some of the concepts but the music score really took me out of it. It was kind of playful/comedic in parts. Could have been a whole lot darker. Didn't really hold my attention. I'd get up and do things and even paused it to walk my dogs with half hour left. I'll say 6/10.

Evans used to have some range and do some interesting stuff (London, Puncture and Sunshine, he was also great in not another teen movie) to be fair to him Captain America made him squillions of dollars and he was excellent at it.
Reynolds seemed like he’d found the ultimate character to milk to death with Deadpool so I guess he’s done okay. Most of his more serious stuff (the 9s, Buried) never really worked at all.
This is a white hot take. Hangman is the only point of difference. He’s basically playing the upgraded version of Iceman and he ****ing nails it.
There can only be one iceman, any attempt to "update" the character for the current generation is a pale imitation!
