We have alot of players that can kick goals, and now that Lucas and Lloyd have retired it makes room for the young kids to step up in our forward line to kick a couple
So who will it be ?

Neagle ? Williams ? Monfries ? Gumbleton ? (when he strings some games together) or will Hurley be a regular forward and lead our goal kicking in 2010 ?

Or will Courtney Johns come back and lead us to a premiership

What are your thoughts

Got my money on Williams, but unfortunately, and i know this is a negative attitude, but noone to kick over 40 for us. Having said that, if we get 30-40 from all of Williams, and 2 of Gumbleton/Hurley/Neagle, i'll probably take that. Want to see Davey kick more traditional crumbing goals this year, his chases are great, but needs to be more damaging with the ball.

Williams but the rest of the team needs to deliver the ball better into the fdw line then ALL the fwds can kick some badly needed goals.
The Bulldogs dont have a permanent fwd line so we have to adopt the same thing where many contribute week in week out while developing the taller fwds .
Maybe Hille will spend more time down there .
He isnt as quick over the ground as is Ryder and the other ruck choices.

Watson himself said that Hille is better around the ground then Ryder......Though i agree use Hille more as a forward and Ryder in the ruck.

Williams, Monfries, Neagle then Gumbleton.

Of course

I think Williams and Neagle will battle it out. Not prepared to make a call just yet, as I need to see how fit Neagle turns up for the season.

I think both will be close to the 40 mark.

Odds are one of them will be injured coming into round one.

I thought he said that Hille was better at boundary throw-ins, as far as feeding off him goes. He said Ryder was better at centre bounces for delivery, but didn't touch on productivity around the ground, per se.

Leaderboard:
Williams-56
Neagle- 56 ;)
Gumbleton- 50
Monfries- 40
Reimers-35
Davey- 30
Winderlich- 27
Prismall- 25
McVeigh- 25
Dempsey- 23
Dyson- 23
Stanton- 20

Neagle to put in a monster pre season, shed a tonne of flab and to kick 50+. Williams arrival to shock Gus into better form, both of them to battle it out with around 30-40 each. Gumby to kick around 25, but to be a big part in score assists. Hurley the wild card, anywhere from 20-70.

Good times! :D
