The thing I find hilarious is the fact that Tambling is considered a starting 18 player.

The thing I find hilarious is that if Tambling was at Freo, which going by your club's trading history would presumably happen by a trade sending Pavlich, Palmer, McPharlin and a 1st rounder to Richmond for Tambling and some magic beans, he would not only be a starting 18 player but he'd be one of your best. He's sure as **** better than Peake, Gilmore and Thornton, all of which have played half back for you.

Finals is taboo for Richmond. Always finishing within a spot of the big time. It will be interesting to see how Richmond and Carlton go about it this year. Both are tipped for finals action. Will they fire up as soon as they get a whiff of the big time or will they fall over and let a true finals performer like Essendon overtake them. Probably the latter.

Finals would interfere with their trip away.
