Opinion Will We Play Finals

I'll add to this:
The issue is that Adelaide plays West Coast round 23 in Perth, and the last thing we want is Adelaide playing a dead rubber, having locked up the minor premiership a game in advance, whilst West Coast are playing to win and leapfrog us in finals.

Crows have got a Showdown and the Swans before Round 23.
They are no certainties to have sewn up to spot by then.

The Eagles loss cost us any chance we had IMO

Will lose this week then fall away knowing we can't make it

Hope I'm wrong

Not sure if you're with the program, the Eagles loss increases the chances of us making finals...

Don't know if the Eagles game was fatal but certainly hurt us. This weekend does have a fork in the road feel about it.

Watching our finals highlights still makes me emotional.

I remember going into the lounge room as the final siren went in the prelim with tears in my eyes and said to my wife "we're going to a Grannie!" I was there and nothing can replace that experience and feeling.

Some of the best 4 weeks of most of our lives. Nothing will replace the feeling of our first flag in 62 years, but we have a few left to go in this group, and whilst we are mathematically a chance to make finals this year this group won't give up. If we make it you know the other teams will be nervous, we'd hit it on a decent streak and form

Would be amazing! The next best thing to us making finals and winning flags is that mob of entitled flogs missing out. Please be right.

So true. They're the wealthy, private school kids who have had everything given to them, we're the government school kids who have had to scrap and work our tails off to get ahead.

I hope they self-destruct in a haze of finger pointing and blame.

No Tom, No Jake, No Dale, No Red, No Marcus Adams it is backs against the wall stuff but for some reason I think we are chance this week but we must take our chances. This means Honey & Cloke not missing simple chances and for god sake Jack you kicked the winning goal in the prelim have some confidence in your goal kicking rather trying to pin point less than 50% chances for a pass. Same goes for Lachie he has caught the Jack disease.

You had a sook yesterday and ended up getting posts deleted by mods and have another swipe at me today when I wasn't even here(very brave)

So ummmmmmmm any moron can work out who is following who, I don't twee to you in anyways probably be use nothing you say is worth referring to.

Keep rolling on the floor because I'm standing tall looking down at you :)

Funny how I gather these lemmings when I disagree with them and bruise their sensitive egos and then they accuse me of being the arrogant one. Those challenged that fail to succeed are those that are left behind. Rear view mirror for you little boy

now stop detailing threads with your pathetic jabs at me and getting posts deleted

That loss to the swans helps us, they have 2 tough games to come and likely only finish on 12 wins
While I don't disagree with the first part of that, I will back them in to win 3/4 in the run home. I fancy them to knock off the Cats next week.
