Probably not. Vardy and Petrie were good tonight and it's a big risk without any match fitness, you'd have to be considering it though.

I think it's worth the risk because on the chance they made the final from the easy side of the draw (injury depleted GWS, and Richmond).

Most likely Cats out in sets and Sydney might be tired if they beat the Crows after two huge matches interstate in a row.

Being one of two interstate clubs at the MCG come the GF is well worth it. Bring on Sydney v WC III (.., or Adelaide)

They looked buggered. They somehow won but the team was out on their feet still. And really were overrun for a lot of the game late, but just defended within an inch of their lives and then landed a couple of decent hits when they had a breather (dare I say they were brave...).

So for that reason I don't think they can bring in Naitanui, who has a low time on ground at the best of times anyway, let alone after a year out, especially when Vardy and Petrie gave no reason to be dropped.

Fitness is an issue. Naitanui does not solve the issue.

Our ruck IS a problem. Despite a few nice moments, Vardy is rubbish. We've been flogged in the guts all year.

How much match fitness does he have? Keeping in mind you're bringing him in for a cut-throat final against a very physical opponent. Not worth it imo, Vardy and Petrie have been serviceable. An extra runner would be more useful.
