It's far easier to win an argument on the SRP than with my wife. I haven't tried calling her woke yet.
Give it a crack and let me know how it goes

Pretending everything you don't like is woke isn't winning you any arguments.

Happy to be proven wrong - feel free to provide a link to an example of all this winning.

Does anyone here know enough about surfing to confidently state whether transwoman have a physical advantage in the sport?

While being mindful that the trans community should be accepted and welcomed by society, there's room to debate some aspects of their 'rights'. An elite female surfer who opposes transwomen participation in their sport of choice is probably someone worth listening to.

We've reached the point where some parts of the left are happy to tell biological females (AFAB) that their opinion doesn't matter. It makes no sense to me, so I guess it's woke.
so all 'biological females' have the same opinion that isn't taken into account, or are there a range of opinions that do get taken into account but at the end of the day a decision has to be made which not everyone will be happy with?

I'm sort of interested to hear what these people think is going to happen their lads if the dreaded fairer sex is introduced to their education experience because it looks a bit old man yelling at clouds right now. Personally I think government funding to a private school that bars fifty percent of the population male or female from attending sounds a bit off.

Moreso posted that because I was dumbfounded that women being allowed to work is considered a progressive woke idea. 😂😂

Some of the reasoning is pretty odd
I’m not against same sex schools by any means especially if the teaching methods are aimed towards one sex or the other

But the bloke who was going on as if having female students will be a distraction to his grandson like they are some form of siren temptress who’s only there to distract his grandson from his education was equally entertaining as it is sad

Bunch of old troglodytes afraid of change

IIRC, research suggests the inverse is true: girls in same sex education are more productive before boys enter the classroom.

I went to an all boys school, I reckon I was better off, I'm sure I would have been fine with girls around though. I feel like it's easier for boys to build stronger friendships when girls aren't around, have no research to back this up though.

Granted, researched in to this a few years ago as part of my masters, but single sex schooling suits girls more than it suits boys. Results for boys go up by including girls, but the inverse is not true; girls results get markedly worse when in school with boys.

I'll see if I can find something.

Sorry, but at some point someone needs to address the fact that Woolworths was literally responding to the conversation pursued by a clickbait media.

And the questions they were asked, lead to their statement about individual stores stocking tat, and that they are aware of the conversation around Ausday, that was put to them, by the media.

At no point was Ausday tat not available to purchase from Woolies.
At no point did Woolies state anything against Ausday.

But because they responded to questioning, by saying 'no shit, we are aware that this is a national discussion fuelled by racist ****heads'. The screaming minority have made it their mission to explain how an obvious business decision is somehow an elaborate plot by Soros!!!
