Hang on C.10 arent broadcasting the Japan game?
I get it when its Aus vs American Taipei but Japan are a decent side
Another astute decision from Australian football decision makers. Away games not televised

No one is signing up for paramount if you dickheads are reading (unlikely haha). Just show the game on FTA, ill stream it illegally before I sign up ffs

Every single country in this round of qualifying has scored, included North Korea, Krygyzstan and whatever's left of Palestine.

Except the mighty Socceroos.

I give it 2 games before we're nostalgically pining for the good old days of Arnie.

Hard to know what's par for Popovic and the team here.

4 points in any circumstance would be a good outcome, but we'd probably take a good win against China then a loss to Japan. A narrow win against China and a good performance in a loss to Japan probably also ok.

A narrow win against China and a thumping by Japan probably sits as a sub-par performance though even with 3 points taken. And two draws or a draw and a loss is not good enough even if it means not losing away to Japan... because we're behind and need the points!

Excited Lets Go GIF by Zypto

We NEED 3 points here
