Yes mate. I'm still thinking Parkside and Cobras granny. Parkside will be up and about after beating the Cobras last game but with the Cobras adding a couple of handy players to there list and picking up a few before clearances closed I still think they are the team. How did there 1s look penandpaperjosh. I still hear they have a few to come back interesting to see who they drop.

Saw 3/4 of the game since I wasn't playingn and had to shoot off to work but for Albanvale little Sirianni killed it and #9 was good as usual...also #30 played well out on a wing.
For Tarneit Harris, Miriklis, J. Stone from what I saw but tbh I was too busy watching our first senior gamers.
Albanvale were definitely missing their bald full forward and ruckman from what I saw though, not sure on other outs

Good response,very good statement ,one I think is true and I agree on tho in some circumstances mates just want to play with mates and stick loyal to one club , take
Albanvale for example, that's a team with footballers whom should probably be playing at a higher level based on talent, but there indebted to the club and that's hard to walk away from.

Replying to your quote about not many player's in the lower teams maybe you should look at the improvement in those teams and that my friend can only come from players it is always easy to have 95% of player's named that are in the finals

And yes some of this is true and is great to see blokes sticking it out at there clubs but at every club you can say there just there to play with mates but I'm sure thay are still getting match payments

Replying to your reply. Yes your club has slightly improved. Don't get me the wrong way feel free to give your players most improved trophies at years end. Simply making a squad of players who week in week out have played to a higher level than improvement

The higher level you refer to is that going to play in a higher division not div3 ? or is it the teams that made finals

I mean those players play a better brand of footy. More polish more hurting to the opposition on ground scoreboard etc


Yes understand some could or should player a high level. Simply putting names of players I have seen throughout the year play really good footy and consistent footy too.

i didnt get a chance to hit the park this year, i got a little too muscular and my footy shorts could not fit on past my huge quads, considering losing a little bit of muscle so i can actually play footy next year
