How weird that the weekend saw “news” of fewer talent on WM, resulting in talent being upset… and today we get Omos confirmed and Cena + Paul all but confirmed.

Normally I’d be fine with an attraction match like Lesnar v Omos. I think overall they are just as important to a big card as the longer & more logical matches. But this particular one is very very ordinary.

It would make total sense if Omos was on a hot streak, destroying everyone, but he hasn’t been on TV at all lately. Maybe once or twice this year? Something smells off, and I’m praying there’s a swerve somewhere but it’s looking more and more unlikely.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so unenthusiastic about a Lesnar opponent. At least since Dean Ambrose or Ricochet.

The logical thing would be to get a proper conclusion to the Lashley feud. And don’t even get started on the Wyatt/Lashley stuff. So odd.

Took me 8 hours to watch this show today, and by the time I’d finished watching it I’d forgotten everything that happened. Awful Raw.

This is why I only watch Raw during WM season, when it’s a bad show AND it goes for 3 hours, I can’t deal with that on a regular basis. I might’ve already given up on Raw until the week before WM cos the last 2 weeks have been shithouse.

I'm pretty stunned they're running with a match that is clearly going to be super poor quality. At WrestleMania nonetheless.

Considering Balor, Dom and Rhea are likely to all be in high profile singles matches at Mania, booking Priest vs the Beast would have legitimised the Judgement Day even further. I'd argue that Priest vs Lashley as a spectacle is better than the Omas equivalent encounter, because it's a genuine clash of styles despite Priest not giving up that much size to Brock.

I'm pretty stunned they're running with a match that is clearly going to be super poor quality. At WrestleMania nonetheless.

Considering Balor, Dom and Rhea are likely to all be in high profile singles matches at Mania, booking Priest vs the Beast would have legitimised the Judgement Day even further. I'd argue that Priest vs Lashley as a spectacle is better than the Omas equivalent encounter, because it's a genuine clash of styles despite Priest not giving up that much size to Brock.

I’m just so confused as to what’s going on with the on again off again Hurt Business. And what on earth issue Wyatt would have with Lashley.

Pretty obvious its going to be Rey v Dom or at worst Santos/Rey v Dom and Priest. Gunther vs Drew vs Sheamus perhaps Sheamus and Drew eliminate each other at the same time in that battle royal?

Agreed. I was interested a few weeks ago with the Uncle Howdy situation during the LA Knight feud. That feud just sizzled out with no explanation to Uncle Howdy and now he's moved onto a new opponent with the old Firefly Funhouse shtick.

It's repetitive and boring as ****.

I suppose anyone else is better than Kai and Sky as tag champs, they’ve been ordinary despite featuring heavily.

Its not Damage Controls fault that the now 47 year old Lita has completely lost it. Shes super slow. Can barely get out of a jog, her moves look like shit. Time for her to let it go as age has caught up to her.

I dig the visuals and the basic concepts of the ideas. But yes, it gets very convoluted and the lack of payoffs become frustrating.

I like deep stories and I can handle a bit of supernatural stuff. The thought of him as a normal man deep down battling his long term evil demons/uncle howdy is certainly an interesting concept. But the constant one step forward and 2 steps back is mind numbing.

Sometimes you have people that are special attractions and not week to week wrestlers and that is Bray to a tee he is a special attraction. The problem is it needs a fitting opponent to suit. I enjoyed LA Knight as a feud due to LA's mic skills that was great but it seems like the end of the feud was very week and there has been no explanation of the Uncle Howdy stuff.

I don't see Bray as a face and I don't dig the Lashley match up, considering Lashley is a "face" at moment.

There are other choices they could have made given his history with Roman, Seth & Braun off the top of the head but also could have gone down the Kross path given the nature of their gimmicks.

The Wyatt 6 and Howdy stuff has been dragged out to long without much developing.

There is something there with him. But as I said when it was all beginning again last year. How will this relate to wrestling and interactions with others? The answer has been not very well. There is probably a way it could work but this just hasn't been it and randomly coming out and deciding he wants Lesnar or Lashley isn't any better when there is and has been no reason for doing so and there's no history or background of him with either.

I don't usually love old timers coming back to take spots off the people who are busting their arse every week, but I think I make an exception for Lita and Trish. The women's revolution should've happened with them, Victoria and Mickie James - it wasn't their fault that Vince prevented them ever getting the big pay days. So I'm happy for them to get one now.

I reckon there is a good enough story having them team with Becky to go up against Damage Control at WM and having them finally conquer the group. 6 woman tag.

Not sure where the tag titles fit in. Ronda & Shayna are the obvious direction. Hope it isn’t rushed into a title match with Lita/Becky at WM when the story would be better suited with the two groups having at it instead.
