Unfortunately we probably can't measure where we are at from this game. We are missing almost our entire forward line against probably 2 of the best key defenders in the comp. Lever and May will intercept everything tonight.

The tickets are just a picture of a code. As long as the scanner can see the picture, you can tattoo it on your ass and it'll work if you want.

Was half way through posting something like that.

Take 3 of your 1st choice tall forwards from any team and you are going to struggle massivly. Take Walker Fogerty and Tillthorpe out of the crows forward line, plus one of Rankine or Rachelle and they would struggle to kick a score at all.

If there are some showers, I think that'll play into Melbournes hands as it makes hitouts and rucks more valuable. We're also going to need to be very precise with our ball movement tonight to score, so that'll possibly also hurt.

Overall I can't see how we win, they're a good team. They fluffed another premiership chance last year, but I think they'll be right there at the pointy end again this year and with our injuries even I wont go off at Hinkley when we lose.

Agree with this. I've been hanging for this game to really judge the team, but we're not going to learn a heap.

Lol yeah I’d be extremely surprised by a win. Ken can Yartapuul it out and windmill harder than Holland tonight if we do, but I just can’t see it happening. Something to do with our injuries combined with last year’s park the bus doomed before we started strategy.

It will become a territory game and quick clearances will be a massive key.

Need massive games from the mids (wines im looking at you) and need a career game from lycett.

We know the type of forward entry that favours Lever and May i.e. just kicking it in long. And if we do that it wouldn't matter if Dixon and T Marshall were in, it will rebound at 100kph. But the players and the coaching staff know it too so at least some of our attacking will be trying something different.
