Finlayson not injured just not in the slightest bit interested. His body language is terrible and has been for around 8 months.
Notwithstanding his personal issues he’s now in danger of losing his spot on the list.
Unfortunately I don’t think this kid will make it.

This is probably true but what is worrying is that lord is also > Finlayson and perhaps Todd Marshall.
Never understood the pic. Never been impressed in the slightest. Waste of our first pick.

I’m probably more surprised and disappointed with where Finlayson and marshall are both at in their careers.
Even for allowing their personal circumstances I thought they’d both better than what they are showing.

Very unlikely to make it, and more so unlikely to make it in our development system ... if that's what you can call it.
That’s the problem isn’t it. Development and coaching. Constantly appointing from within etc etc. False economy and poor leadership.

Agreed, how a bloke who was plucked from obscurity as the last ruckman standing in what was the lowest era in the club's time in the AFL is now `Head of Development' has to be the bargain basement choice of the millenium.
Surely a skill level, that he clearly doesn't possess should be a prime requisite for such a role.

Always easier in retrospect, but the effects of the Shaw/Harvey draft and (probably) the K Marshall/McCalum selections are probably really being seen now, in terms of our key position stocks, and the depth of our overall list.
