Give me the 13 beers ballsy team
Only up to 3rd James Boag.
Give me another hour or so and I'll see what team I can come up with under the influence of alcohol.

Give me the 13 beers ballsy team
Whatever the makeup of my team going into round 1.....I'll be going cheap on the rucks. Goldstein I think will sharing the load with Currie next year and I don't think Minson will back up his 2013. Happy to gamble on Sandilands and another cheap ruck option. Will also try to find a balance of dual positions players as well.

fasolo will be on field and i will replace menzel as he wont be fit till late in the season,
but otherwise this is my first build!
thoughts?
Will work on the screenshot things later. In the mean time:
Backs: Mcveigh, Shaw, Hodge, Suckling, Hanley, Mcdonald, Fuller, Tippett (Joel)
Mids: Pendles, Selwood, Rockliff, Beams, Prestia, Martin, Crouch, Garlett, Taylor, O'rourke
Rucks: Lobbe, Sandi, Brown, Thurlow
Fwds: Dangerfield, Martin, Dixon, Fasolo, Bock, Kersten, Mcbean, Honeychurch
Prestia primed for a massive year IMO. He's learnt from the best. Ablett will cop Crowley in round 2 and may spend more time forward with the likes of Martin coming through.
"The Death of the Guns & Rookies Strategy"

I respectfully disagree, still plenty of lowish 100k options - Gartlett, Kersten, Dunstan, MCrouch, Dumont, 'the other Kolodjashinj' etc
Author seems to just favour the higher draft 2013 picks which come with the 200k price tag - effectively costing almost 2x standard rookie,
Plus, as KardiniaPark has noted, low costing mature rookies will show themselves early in 2014 with preseason & NAB cup games,
"Reports of my demise have been greatly exaggerated",

Ok, I've frustrated myself enough.
Can anyone tell me how to copy your 2014 team from SC into BF?
If you don't already have a screen-capture program, download this it's free. http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/
Thanks Gingy I have one already and have copied the image into Word then cropped it to size.
Not sure why I can't then copy that image and paste it in BF. Tried it in pdf too but no joy.
That's your problem right there. Copy it into Paint instead then crop and save as a .jpg then upload to BF.
First attempt using the legit prices:

Darcy Gardiner $117,300

Thoughts? DEF seems to be the priority in '14. Midfield is the main one I'm unsure of.
Here's my initial team, with one eye on the byes and one eye on DPPs.
Should be making some changes in the future but at the moment, here it is:

MID: Gazza/Pendles/Jelwood/Barlow/Murphy/McDonald/Michie/Dunstan (O'Rourke/Garlett)

FWD: Danger/Dusty/Roughy/Karnezis/Billings/Apeness (Taylor/Honeychurch)
