I saw The Angels on their "50 not out" tour last weekend. They've still it, even without Doc Neeson. Highly recommended.

Mi-Sex were the support act and were surprisingly good too, given their style of music isn't something I normally like and I was never a fan back in the day.

I've got Mammal on Friday night, Psycroptic and Speed in August, always good to have a few to look forward to.

Saw The Last Dinner Party at Festival Hall last night. Anyone in Sydney with a chance to get tickets get along.

There's not a better front woman/man than Abigail Morris, at the moment.

Alestorm tickets went on sale today. Got mine. I saw them on their last tour and it was easily one of the best concerts I've ever seen.

Then for something slightly different Belinda Carlisle at the Astor on September 18. Then after that it's WASO accompanying the Bond film Spectre in November.

Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers have a few gigs coming up. I'm going to the show in Sydney on November 8 at Liberty Hall. I saw them last year and they put on a great show.

Viagra Boys tour announced today for November.

I’m extremely bummed I’ll miss it as I’ll be away on a planned holiday.

They’re #1 on my list of bands I haven’t seen before that I want to see.

Missing out heavy mate. I saw them in Stockholm last month, they are incredible live. Melbourne in November will be my fourth time after catching them at the Tote years back and in London last year. Ok, brag over.

Coming up for me VB in November, Fat White Family in December. Weighing up Yard Act and TISM in November too. TISM in 2024 though, bit passé? They're also shit, too.
