Possibly, but you should hope your president isn’t involved in the discussions considering his outspoken thoughts on anyone not white.
Then there’s also having to wear brown and yellow.

Its actually Brown and Gold.

Yeah I mean fancy having to wear the jumper of the club that has been winning Premierships at an astonishing rate for over half a century, what a bummer.

Maybe get who ever is the President running the AFL/Giants F.C to comment on why the Hawks have far far more indiginous player on its list than the AFLs love child. Maybe the guy has a problem with non whites.

Gold you say? Hmm looks more dirty yellow.

Good on them. Still looks garbage.

We don’t pick and choose. Have players from many different cultures.

Our Prez doesn’t blame new Australians for security issues or has golliwogs so we are all good.

Love child that’s cute.

Oh it’s actually Western Sydney Football club Trading as Greater Wester Sydney Giants.
Can see how you would be confused.

Yeah nah bloke is a weapon and extremely versatile player.
Agree - when he got time in the midfield he was very good. Still not sure GWS will offer big money to keep him - he sits with Shiel and co below the cream like Kelly and Whitfield at the club. The type GWS are ok to lose for decent picks - they have a good track record of who to keep and who to let go.

Keep it on topic please. If you'd like to continue the discussion about one another's proclivities you can do it via PM.

Williams is the first 100 gamer for GWS, so I guess they own his future children.

Leon Cameron was also quoted on SEN by a Canberra newspaper saying they're confident he'll stay. That approach seemed to work for them last year I suppose.

Well they aren't going to come out and say he is going are they!!!
The Tigers will have Salary cap space with Rance gone and are a destination club Yellow & Zac in Black I say :richmond:

I don’t think it’d be an exaggeration to say he’d have added another 200k to a potential contract with another club after his finals series.

Given his capacity to play in the midfield, and dominate there, surely there will be clubs offering something in the realm of 800k.

Depends. That’s space that’s freed up may of already been taken up by Dusty or Lynch depending on how their contracts were structured.

That would mean either Richmond could predict the future or have known Rance was likely to retire early. Otherwise if Rance hadn’t retired they would be over the salary cap.

I’m not talking this year after all. Will be next year and who knows what the list plans were from 2021 on.

They can heavily front end a contract. For instance if he was on 3 mill over 4 years and was paid 1.2, 800k, 700k then only 300k would be left. If it was the other way around then the Tigers would have massive cap space. No one on here would know.

Already been reported Rance has left $1.4mil on the table.

So how much longer did his contract have to go?

I’d take him.

600k/ 6 years should do it.

On top of that, he can head to a few primary schools once a term to talk about recycling for an addition $250k.

It should? You don’t think that’s what the Giants have probably offered?

You either completely missed the second paragraph, or/ don’t understand the satire.

... or you are you saying that the Giants have offered him $850k per year?

Which is it?
