Seems like its been the opposite in recent years, especially since the one year Richmond dominated from the start was the year they didnt make it.

Agree, however I wouldn’t count Lions, and to a lesser extent Bulldogs (in round 1) as bottom half teams.

Dees are flying but as others have said, it’s a long year!

Could the Dees still win if Pick 2 and Gawn went down with long term injuries ? Maybe.

Melbourne, unlike us and many others, have been absolutely kissed on the pecker with injuries for 2 years now. Let’s see how they cope with 1 or 2 of their best players out, let alone 4 or 5.

No it wont, but the implications from posters are that the Dees are'nt as good as last year. I dont get that at all.
