I know it's early but had to read this twice.
Talk about having 50 cents each way.

Fremantle

IF ...

we weren't aware this time last year of the Dockers' massive, but ultimately unsuccessful, bid to lure Lachie Neale ...

THEN ...

we are this time around of the pitch for superstar-in-waiting Luke Jackson. It's never 'a done deal' in football until the signature is placed on the document within the allowed timeframe. But this is a nearly-done deal.

West Coast

IF ...

the Dockers are way in front right now in the race for Luke Jackson ...

THEN ...

should he choose to leave the Demons, the race is not necessarily over. Eagles will have way more draft pick scope to deal with Melbourne.
I can't believe they've kept the title of this bit.

Anyone watching the under 18 championships game between W.A. and Victoria? W.A. were up by 10 points at half time, and then the umps come out and give the Vics four ridiculous free kicks that result in goals and the commentators are like “great fight back here by Victoria”…
It was without doubt the most incompetent and biased display of umpiring I’ve seen for a long while.

I started to respect Reiwoldt during Richmond’s good years, until I watched closer and realised what a flog he is. Always ripping into the umps and doing every little thing he can to slow down play (creep over the mark, hold onto a player after giving away a free etc).

These days he is clearly cooked athletically but tries to make up for it by staging for free kicks and being an absolute bell-end toward the opposition. Thankfully, the umps don't buy a lot of it.

It's just sad to see, he should really hang up the boots. Unfortunately, when he does, we're going to be stuck with his ugly mug all over fox footy.

Loves to throw the ball regularly when the ups are blindsided.

I prefer him in the media to on the field TBH.

On the subject of Riewoldts in the media, anyone else watch Best on Ground on Fox?
Actually a pretty funny show that has changed my view on sooky Nick & Bucks, both take the piss out of themselves on the reg.

Such good shit

I hated him since that time he kicked 10 goals against us….but I got to know his brother through work a few years later and he’s a good lad…so I have mellowed on Jack and focus my Reiwoldt distaste on St. Nick.

On the ground yes he is a bit of a twat and hero but must admit from watching him on 360 he seEms actually ok.
BUT I DON'T WATCH THAT CRAP 360 SHOW ANYMORE OK.......OK......NO MORE.

Shrug. I like Jack Riewoldt.

This.

People whinge about the sanitization of the game yet we get some insights into an actual character whos generally speaks his mind and people get pissy.

Also, right at the end of the clip you hear him say "Great call" at the end of the Barrass tackle, says a lot about a player who straight up owns his stuff up.
