Imagine the uproar from over east if this were to occur.Hutchy on FC saying WC should walk Jackson to the PSD.
Are we a sneaky?
They would change the rules so it never happens againImagine the uproar from over east if this were to occur.
Tbh, the PSD should have been ducked off when FA was introduced. I don’t think there’s a place for it anymore especially when DFAs can be picked up at any time

1990 kids representI only remember it because I made a joke in it. I was 2 in 92 so I had nothing else to contribute.
Jack Martin to Carlton in the PSD, saved themselves a first round pick.
Don't recall too much uproar, but anything West Coast would be magnified x 100

Carlton and Adelaide have used it 2 of the last 3 years
It's a legitimate way to acquire talent and there's absolutely nothing wrong with using it
We should absolutely be exploring it as an option
North could surely afford whatever price Jackson puts on his head though
If Jackson made it clear that he wants/needs to return home, I can't see a world in which North would pick him.
Well, that’s Melbourne/Vic commentary bias at its best. No criticism of the Melbourne club’s low ball offer just criticism of the non Victorian club’s refusal to bend over and be shafted. Ha ha.Gold Coast were criticized for allowing it to happen, from memory. Should have taken whatever pitiful deal Carlton offered.
They'd pick Jackson for sure. Hugh Greenwood all over again. With so many trying to save their career, including Rawlings, North are unpredictable and wouldn't bet on them doing anything
Hutchy is a grub and that’s the sort of s**t move he’d pull
He’s also the sort of bloke that would criticise us if we actually did it
North have enough issues without picking up a high priced player who doesn't want to be there

They absolutely would pick him.
He's exactly what they need - a good player in a position of need (FWD/Ruck) and someone worthy of paying their significant salary cap space to.
Maybe we can offer up a sacrificial lamb - an uncontracted non-free-agent who they want to take with pick #1 in the PSD.... problem is we don't have anyone of any real value for Nth!
On Dyl and Buckelys Podcast he had Richo on it. He mentions he used to read Big footy quite a bit to see what people would say about him lol I wonder how many other players have done the same.
