Crazy that no ones putting their hand up to coach a club who openly knifed their coach, lied to him, kept him in the dark about his future and now expect to attract good football people to the role.

The problem is that the interview process can’t be viewed as anything else but a self serving sham.

No matter what questions gets asked of the candidates, the candidates themselves will always have the upper hand in the process because they carry the moral high ground.

They aren’t getting the best available applying and the only coach they’ll end up getting will be an Essendon person and that’s what they don’t need.
