what rubbish. Talia actually said upon delistment that he was just about to start mentoring Butts because he "had showed him the respect".

"Butts became a candidate for the main key forward within the Crows side, previously held by Daniel Talia, a mentor to Butts before his departure from the club."

Watching from the sidelines, Talia has been able to spend extra hours with young key defenders Josh Worrell, Fischer McAsey and Jordon Butts, while also imparting wisdom on mature-age Williamstown prospect Nick Murray as he vies for the club's vacant list spot.

"There's four guys I can put time into and teach them the craft of defending," he said.

Just saw Chayce Jones and Will Hamill at Cumberland Park Big W getting abused by a nanna in the parking lot for walking in the middle of the driveway and blocking traffic
Not their fault.

Burns gave them homework to practice guarding space.

Not what he said after being delisted.

BTW, it was in the same interview where he said that he wasn’t attending mad Monday but would catch up with the senior players for a quiet beer. Your parents may not have allowed you access to radio internet back then. But good to see they’ve relaxed the apron strings.

OK. if it plays out like it shows in the mock ladder, we will end up with pick 7. Is that going to be high enough to realistically have a crack at Moir?

If we were to use it in any trade for say Day, we would have to be getting something decent back as surely 7 is too high on its own

Giants at 15… below Weagles???

he gets lots of possessions, but he blitzes nobody. Not much more impactful than Crouch with his touches. But it did improve late in the year, so here's hoping that he makes the most of his amazing ability to find the ball. And before you have a crack, I was weeks ahead of the curve wanting him in the midfield. He could be a great midfielder if he held onto the ball a bit longer, but has historically been a stat guru that provides relatively little positive outcome.
Swans think he’s pretty good

You probably lack the self-awareness to get how nauseating it reads to use yourself as evidence to back yourself.

Way to rhyme kodak with kodak, Pitbull

I think our 1st and 2nd with a lower 2nd coming back ie

7/26 with 34 (eg) if unlikely GWS do finish bottom 3 its my guess that they wont need to go deep into the top 10 - I dont think 1 or 2 is available but 3 and 4 might be

But having said that its very early and others may jump up or Moir dominates and gets too high out of reach

Had a footy lunch with Tom Harley a couple of weeks back. Said (not to the whole room) that in hindsight Dawson was always going to go back home at some point and that he was a good role model to lead men.

Tom was less glowing of his assessment of Ruccutio, who he says was more likely to lead men astray. I was shocked! ;)
Very credible source IMO.

Tom Doedee says he’s going nowhere. Loves Adelaide.. has his lady and his dog (even mentioned them in the right order). Says he wants to get his body right before starting negotiations. (9news)

Might want to focus on getting his head right, that’s some weird wide angle distortion going on there
