A-grade flog because he's married with kids as far as I know but sadly not surprising for a footballer. It's an average weekend for half the league.

It's always a tricky one. It would hopefully be a bit more scientific than "You right, mate?" but player has input here. I once sent a player back out with a broken arm (well, a FOOSH fracture above his wrist) because he assured me he was okay and had a full range of movement. Didn't help (later, at home) that he was my son.

But, hey, the West Coast Eagles are an elite sporting organisation - many would argue the elite sporting organisation in our fine, wide state. The fact that a casual observer could look at their last couple of years and imagine they were looking at a D-grade ammos outfit from the bush is neither here nor there.
