I know one artists very well who designed an indigenous guernsey for us and I’ve met 3 others, they were all extremely proud and honoured to have their artwork on OUR guernsey. None of them viewed it as tokenism either, I presume you realise have diverse indigenous culuture is? How is representation of different indigenous players cultures who play or have played for OUR club such an issue?

Was waiting to be labelled an ignorant racist for having a valid opinion.

Time to restock the golf shoe inventory and normally order at least one pair from the My Footjoy customised shoe site every year.

Come at me.....(unfortunately red or yellow can not be put on the toe). Too much? Would you? Should I?

Was thinking when the fixture came out last week that it will be interesting to see what guernsey gets used for the away game up at the Gabba against Brisbane in round 22, first time they’ve played them up there without a white/yellow clash guernsey since 2009 and there was some bad-ish jumper clashes before then.

Imagine the club as is their preference will just want to wear their home guernsey but historically that’s always not been the greatest in terms of a clash and the red clash jumper would be even worse, also unlikely they create a one off 2023 version of the 2021 yellow clash.

The Gather round guernsey could be a good solution, that being all said after Carlton this year has pretty much been given the ok to wear their home guernsey in all away games against blue opposition bar the Crows the AFL’s clash policy has pretty much been thrown out the window so the home guernsey will probably be okayed without much thought.

Pretty sure we've already announced we're using the Gather Round jumper for that game.

if we knew that we were playing Bulldogs away for indigenous round, we should have made a different coloured based jumper for last week - we did it for the women so no idea why we couldn't replicate it for the men
it was pretty bad
As much as I feel we've never had a bad indigenous guernsey (Though, 2014 does stand out compared to all the amazing ones since then) - I really really REALLY want to see one based off either Yellow or Red.

Yellow would've been good this year with Bulldogs going Blue and Lions going Maroon/Red (Probably would've just done the Maroon strip had we gone Yellow)

I don’t like the fact that they never even remotely resemble an Adelaide football club jumper.

For the most part other clubs designs are based on their traditional jumper. Not always, but a lot more than ours.

I don't mind the blank canvas approach but I do like the idea of changing up the dominant colour from blue.
