Going to have to disagree, it’s a mess.

I feel like there's a more prominent yellow on the Crows' guernseys these days to be able to help with the clash, but any of the kits this year won't fulfill their purpose. Bombers v Crows last week was quite rough viewing (for obviously more than one reason) and adding navy into the mix is going to make it worse.

Unfortunately, yellow/white is the best clash guernsey colour for you guys, because it doesn't clash. It might not be a popular choice but I loved both colour bases.

Say we had a full set and treated home as main kit, and red/yellow as 2 alternatives

Brisbane - Yellow
Carlton - Red or Yellow
Collingwood - Red or Yellow
Essendon - Yellow
Fremantle - Red or Yellow
Geelong - Red or Yellow
Gold Coast - Blue
GWS - Yellow
Hawthorn - Blue or Red
Melbourne - Yellow
North Melbourne - Red or Yellow
Port Adelaide - Red or Yellow
Richmond - Red
St Kilda - Yellow
Sydney - Blue
West Coast - Red
Western Bulldogs - Yellow

Red is better for 2 (West Coast, Richmond) and Yellow is better for 6 (Brisbane, Essendon, GWS, Melbourne, St Kilda, Western Bulldogs)
Yellow is the logical answer. But red has a purpose (Screw Hawthorn though, I feel we clash no matter what, or produce a massive eyesore which I felt our red vs their regular is)

Look, as much as I love our kit, the 3 colours makes it clash with someone more often than not (the all Red GC/Sydney about the only thing we dont clash with in some way or another)

And turning around and going with Red OR Yellow wont work, we need to take a 3 kit approach. Cool, we went yellow in 2021, but we went Ah **** vs Hawthorn and brought out the red. Then in 2022 we change to red and now we have cases like Brisbane this year where we're bringing out the gather round kit to minimise the clash.

I'm happy with 5 kits going forward
Main set of 3 (Blue, Yellow, Red) + Indigenous Rd + Gather Rd. Though, that indigenous kit would get 2, maybe 3 wears a year, so change that yearly, but keep gather rd either in it's current form, or change it every 2-3 years.

Yellow always seemed the better clash to me. No idea why we booted it in favour of red.

Even if you only run yellow, personally us in yellow V Richmond in black isn't a clash. They are like 90% black, having us in 70% yellow works just like their yellow base works against our home.

Hawthorn are the real sticking point because they have so much yellow. Personally I think if their strip is predominantly yellow (which is currently is) then our home guernsey works well enough (our gather round or indigenous kit would have worked too, if they were in yellow). West Coast I think sit somewhere in the middle. Our home should be fine, or also us in yellow against them in mostly blue isn't great but works.

But again, there are 3 sides with yellow against 6 with red + 1 with maroon and 1 with orange. Yellow makes more sense, but ultimately you're right, the 3 palette swap guernseys makes the most common sense.

Because we had a bad quarter against North Melbourne in Hobart in 2017 in a yellow guernsey and now everyone hates us wearing yellow guernseys :D

If we keep booting guernseys we have shocking quarters in we'll be running out as skins soon.

Wonder if we'll follow almost half the comp and sell off the space under the collar for 2024.

Theres a possibility because a new contract with O'Neills is starting next season and O'Neills could have relinquished the space in that new contract.

I understand it’s where things are going but I hope not, AFL jumpers are starting to look like billboards. Feels like only a matter of time before there’ll be a big one across the chest.

Hope not. I understand the need in the SANFL but they look horrid. The front of a jumper should be sacred.

All clubs will be there in the next year or two when contracts come up. It's too lucrative a spot for clubs to make money on, and apparel partners aren't willing to pay the price a sponsor is.

The only exception to this is probably Nike who would probably cough it up due to their own branding guidelines. But seeing what collingwood fans went through to try and get merch this year just proves that a niche company like O'Neills is doing wonders for supporters.

Today is the last day to use your Crowmania vouchers that came with your membership.

I'm not going to bother using mine, so if anyone wants a discount code, PM me.
Same and I’m pretty dirty on the club on this

Was a clear scam because they expect people will spend more than their voucher amount

Just give me my free hat and scarf back

Still no new hats for those of us with proper sized heads, disappointing.

Despite opting for and receiving a voucher for the AFLW membership, I received (and used) a voucher earlier in the year alongside the AFL membership one, confusinly another voucher in the first week of July, and somehow also received a members pack with drink bottle and beanie.
