Haha you know me too well.I'm certain this will make all of you happy, particularly Mop. Tonight I had my second class of a recently started martial art - an Israeli combat (not Krav Maga). Turns out it's a lot of ball punches and knees. My 17 year old female partner got me good and square in the balls despite wearing a groin guard and it's still aching 2 hours on.
She also did mention later that she's a black belt in karate so that was nice to know.
