Ripper of a reference there caesar88

Ah the memories.
Was before my time DQ, but my granddad was a big Skyhooks fan. I remember being about five or six and watching his old VCRs of old music clips, and in between lots of ABBA and the Stones, there was always a Skyhooks one.

(Yes, he actually had me listening to "Women In Uniform" as a six year old.)

That's brilliant.

Where can I buy one?

I searched online without success, but I did find a Swans flannel shirt bizarrely modelled by Simon Black :confusedv1:

Absolutely hating that.

Regarding the shirt, I just looked on the website I found it and they only seem to have that design on the back rather than the front, so perhaps the design on the front ones sold out?

Maybe try contacting the artist (Greg Smith, cartoonist from the West) and see what the dealio is :)

What a great aussie band

This year's Skilton Medal might actually be the first I can remember where I have more interest in the other awards on the night than the actual best and fairest award. No one's catching Gulden & Lloyd at this point, so it's really just a question of who else will finish on the podium. (This is a not a knock on them - it will be fantastic seeing a kid in Gulden winning such an honour, and obviously I love Lloyd.)

Most Improved will be an interesting one for me. Everyone will have their own opinions but looking at it objectively I don't know how you can say that any one of Campbell, McLean, McDonald & Amartey has improved more than the others. It's really only been through their collective improvements (and the weekly wonders of Gulden) that we've been able to take any real enjoyment out of games in a season where most of our players have underperformed relative to expectations.

What's your favourite Guersey's that we have this year?
Mine in order are
1. Indigenous Guersey
2. Heritage Guersey
3. Home Guersey

I love the heritage guernsey, I'd be happy for the boys to wear it every week.
I've gotta be honest, can't say I'm a fan of our most recent indigenous one, much prefer the one from a few years ago that had the black swan on it.

Essendon fans on Twitter are fun to have a gander at.

Just this morning alone I've seen them arguing Nic Martin should be in the AA side over Daicos & Gulden, highlighting their players shepherding off the ball as some kind of brilliant passage of play, and marveling at the bravery of their 9 point win over the 17th placed team.

They're a great club. In the sense that they're so shit they're great for the competition, not in the so shit they just need to go away and join the VFL way that North, St Kilda etc are.

It will be a sad day for the footballing community in general when they actually win a final.

When was the last time the lowest number of votes a player garnered in the AFLCA votes was 4 (as in our game v the Suns)? Has it happened before? Has there ever been a higher minimum number of votes?

oh come on ... him and his brother are more concerned with playing to the cameras in their box than coaching
maybe show pony not the right term, maybe just a fckng attention-seeking ham
his brother can at least coach
Never ever thought of him like that , did he white ant you once

Bit weird to think about but Sam Reid has more Swans flags than Franklin does

Can anyone explain what stalking is and how it's done? Brandon Jack talks about that being an important part of his role as a small forward in his book.
