Since we renewed Hinkley at the end of 2020, Collingwood have had 3 different chairmen, sacked their coach, finished 17th, hired a new coach and have now won a flag.
It is an absolute disgrace that the club leadership who have preached stability aren't immediately falling on their swords.
Stability is an absolute joke. It's a pathetic excuse for a board who is either too inept or doesn't care enough to act. Koch's performance has chairman has been absolutely shameful and every bullshit excuse he's made or shot he's taken at the supporters has been based on a lie. Stability doesn't make you successful. It never has in sport and it never will.

Stability subsequent to success is fine, although it would likely be short-lived as staff are headhunted. Having inexplicable faith the right people are in the right roles despite demonstrating over 11 years they don't is 100% rageahol.
