After a recent PM from someone suggesting that they think I'd make a good mod I'll nominate myself on the condition that I am excused from posting in the in-game threads.

I think my behaviour and attitude beyond these threads is mature and consistent.

Game threads - irrational and OTT - but would absolutely step aside ever posting on those threads.

If declined, all good.

DirtyLeeds Revenant1965 Coona Blues and myblueroan would all make outstanding mods though I appreciate at least one of them have already politely declined

It's not an easy gig. It does require a tough skin, some negotiation skills, a degree of neutrality and diplomacy, and a realisation that you may have to confront posters that you usually get along with, in order to deliver a fair outcome for the smooth daily running of the board
