Keeping those for my onlyfans page.

Great pics, thanks very much.

Rayner looks trim and the fittest I've seen. Owning a gym paying dividends.

Darcy Gardiner looking fit as well. Maybe his best start to a preseason in a long time.

Was that Ryan tangling with Andrews? He's going to learn a lot up against one of the best defenders in the comp. Hopefully Joe can add to his game as well.

Only thing that wasn't kept dry was my bum.
Lucky training was yesterday and not today.
130mm rain fell at Springfield Lakes between 7am-9am.
Hopefully the club did not have many leaks in the new buildings.
The ground should be okay with good drainage.

Great photos Rip! Was Reece Torrent out there? Couldn’t spot him
The bad plumber was there with the tatts.
I could not see him in Mr Rippers photos but obviously he could have been at training.
Before looking again at the photos i thought i would find an image showing his tats and his face.
We will eventually get to know the draft guys with more exposure.

Apologies.....the guy I thought was he has tatt on wrong arm pic 362

I think he actually lives inland from there (and I thought Cleveland to Kingscliff was an annoyingly long drive!)
Yes Joe does live down there. Apparently he is the only footballer in Australia that lives in one state and plays his footy in a different State. Joe is a bit of a different cat, no TV for starters, he does like his privacy remember when he missed a game for the birth of his first child, many of the Lions players apparently didn't even know he had a girlfriend. My understanding is that his broader family are country people, Joe is following that line. I also heard when he came up here during covid he just decided to stay and someone else packed his stuff up in Melbourne and sent it up.

I love the guy, I holidayed down where he live every year for 20 odd years with my kids, it really is paradise that area, i can see why he would choose to escape there.

Question.

With Levi training with us, fantastic, there is no doubt it's great for the kids to get to know the players and the standards they will have to meet. Also great for the club to see the professional levels of potential detainees.

My question is, how does it improve those kids when they go back and play in their own league? For example I assume even AFL level training simulations are faster than underage footy. I assume the fitness levels at AFL training are greater by a large extent than underage footy where kids may/are still at school.

For the draft watchers, do we have a feel about improvement of kids performance who have spent an off season with an AFL team. (given Will and Levi were/are potential number 1's and probably couldn't get more favourite to be number One).

Agree, God’s own country down there.

What a commute to training each day though. I hate a 20 minute commute, let alone an hour and a half (on a good run).

My understating is that he does still have a Unit up here in Brissy that he stays in during the week. Or at times anyway.

Clug probably looking for a 5 year deal to finish him off and he’s in that category now as a player where he can ask for it.Our offer will be a million plus shy of what he could get from Vic and he gets to go home and avoid the Gabba upheaval and associated BS.Not confident we can offer enough to keep the rest of our good list together keeping in mind rapidly rising Ashcroft contracts. As hard as it is to swallow, something has to give.

The one thing we can offer him that some of the others who might be wanting him can't is the genuine prospect of on field success and end going out as a Premiership player.

But the reality is some clubs could be prepared to throw the kitchen sink at him. He's very good , versatile , durable ,fit and had few injuries , obviously respected on a personal level, coming into his best years.

he is already one of the highest paid at the club and the existence of the salary floor makes it hard for other clubs with ostensibly worse lists to field an offer significantly better than the one we are likely to put in front of him if they do not want to jeopardise the rest of their list build
